Background
We invest in strategic programmes to develop the sector, and create jobs in neuroscience research
These range from funding symposia series to building the capacity of organisations representing neuroscience interests. Our goal is to support the advance in basic and clinical neuroscience, expanding the field and ensuring that professionals are better equipped to provide mental health care in the future.

British Neuroscience Association
We are supporting the British Neuroscience Association (BNA) to implement a programme of new activities to become a strong and prominent professional society for 21st century UK neuroscience.

CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Programme
We are partnering with the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS), the International Brain Research Organisation (IBRO), Bordeaux Neurocampus and the Champalimaud Foundation to support the continued development and operations of the CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Programme.

Neuromatch Academy
Developing a fully online three-week global summer school for computational neuroscience aimed at early career researchers.

Neuroscience Conferences
Conferences are a key part of our mission to advance experimental and theoretical understanding of neural circuits and behavior, and build capacity across the neuroscience community. We facilitate the dissemination of science, networking, cross-disciplinary exchange, and access for early career researchers.
