We provide core funding for outstanding centres of plant science research in the UK

The Gatsby Foundation supports two of the UK’s foremost centres of bioscience research : the Sainsbury Laboratory in Norwich and in Cambridge University Botanic Gardens.

Our objective is to provide plant scientists with state-of-the-art technologies and support services, allowing them to operate at the frontiers of knowledge in plant growth and development
